A. Forrest Hay Ltd was opened in 1976 by Anthony Forrest-Hay after working in manufacturing in his family owned jewellers established in 1860. After attending jewellery college and working at the bench for six years, he joined a London retail jewellery company to obtain experience.
Having successfully completed the National Association of Goldsmiths two year examinations, he decided to open his own jewellers in the beautiful city of Worcester, 31 The Cross, High Street in 1976.
Over the last fifteen years we have developed a high success rate in selling secondhand jewellery in our shop windows acting as agents for our customers. We achieve a realistic return for unwanted items; likewise for the purchaser the price reflects the smaller profit margin based on our fair commission.
