The item you leave with us is only a security against the loan we offer; it remains your property until the end of the loan period. It must however be suitable to re sell to cover the loan.
Pawn broking contracts are for six months and are regulated by the Consumer Credit Act 1974. We agree a loan on your goods; interest accumulates each month that the contract runs. Interest is only payable at the time the contract is completed. Goods are held till then.

Three forms of identification must be produced i.e. driving license, or similar
